Why AIBOM Matters

AIBOM is positioned to bring much-needed transparency to AI supply chains, similar to how SBOMs transformed software supply-chain security.
The project aims to document key components of AI systems, including:

  • Model lineage

  • Training data characteristics

  • Dependencies

  • Associated risks

  • Deployment context

As AI systems rapidly become critical infrastructure, such transparency is essential for security, compliance, governance, and public trust.

Sponsorship Opportunities

To support global growth and the project’s expanding scope, AIBOM is seeking strategic sponsors.

Sponsorship Tiers:

  • Gold Sponsor: USD 20,000+

  • Silver Sponsor: USD 10,000+

2025 Funding Goal:

A total of USD 50,000 to support:

  • Operational needs

  • Participation in global standards efforts

  • Outreach and community expansion

  • Research and documentation work

A sponsorship deck will be shared shortly.

How to Get Involved

The project welcomes participants across domains including security, AI engineering, compliance, policy, research, and funding.

Acknowledgements

The team extends sincere appreciation to:

  • All 52+ current contributors
